ゴミの分別について
ゴミは以下の3種類に分別してください。
- 可燃ごみ
- ペットボトル
- ビン・カン
お部屋のゴミ箱がいっぱいになった場合は、ゴミ袋の口をしっかり縛り、駐車場の横にある蓋付きのゴミ箱に入れてください。
ご利用時のお願い
台風や強風時は、安全のため倉庫に片付けますのでご了承ください。
室内は靴を脱いでお上がりください。
テラスに出る際は、備え付けの室外用スリッパをご使用ください。
テラスの柵や室内階段の手すりには絶対にのぼらないでください。
小さなお子様から目を離さないようにお願いいたします。
外出時には、窓を閉めて玄関ドアを施錠してください。
ご利用になった食器類は洗ってください。
花火は事前承認制となっております。ご希望の際は、あらかじめご連絡をお願いいたします。
テラスのガーデンファニチャーは自由にご使用いただけます。パラソルやハンモックはテラスの倉庫にございます。
使用後は元の位置にお戻しください。

Trash Disposal & Recycling
Please separate your trash into the following three categories:
- Burnable Waste
- Plastic Bottles (PET)
- Glass Bottles & Cans
If the indoor bins become full, please tie the bags securely and place them in the covered trash bins located next to the parking lot.
House Rules & Safety
Note: Please return items to the shed after use. During typhoons or high winds, we may store them away for safety.
No Shoes Indoors: Please remove your shoes at the entrance.
Outdoor Footwear: Please use the provided outdoor slippers when stepping onto the terrace.
Safety First: For your safety, never climb on the terrace railings or the indoor staircase handrails.
Child Safety: Please keep a close eye on small children at all times.
Security: When leaving the house, please ensure all windows are closed and the front door is locked.
Kitchen Etiquette: Please wash any dishes and utensils after use.
Fireworks: Fireworks are only permitted with prior approval. Please contact us in advance if you wish to use them.
Terrace Furniture: You are welcome to use the garden furniture. The parasol and hammock are stored in the terrace shed.
